In case you haven’t come across them before, Studio Ghibli are a cool film making group that create beautiful animated films, that are still completely handdrawn today!
Some of their most famous films include Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro – if you haven’t checked them out you should.
They have just brought out a brand new film, Arrietty, based on the classic tale The Borrowers.
Borrowers are tiny, tiny people who live in our floorboards and in the walls. They’re really resourceful and use odd bits that we tend to leave around. So the next time you can’t find some card you left on the floor or maybe a bit of string, it could have been ‘borrowed’!
The film looks great and to talk all about it last week Sam caught up with one of the leading stars Tom Holland during a Film Education screening.
This upcoming actor told us what it was like working on this film and had some tips too for all of you interested in acting as well!
