BBC Radio 5 Live’s Young Commentator of the Year competition is back!
If you’ve got quick chat and are super sport savvy, you might be in the running…
Last year’s winner and commentator Conor McNamara popped into Conor’s show Wednesday at noon!
They spoke about what you need to do to become a sport commentator and off tips on how to win.
The Young Commentator of the Year competition closes Monday 29th October at 9am.
The entries will be judged by a panel of experts, with the winner scooping a money-can’t buy prize where they’ll spend the day with the BBC Radio 5 Live team at either:
- The FA Cup Final
- Wimbledon
- A Cricket International Test Match
- Or a Six Nations match!
All you need to do is pick one of the BBC’s clips to commentate on and record your commentary using a phone or tablet!
