Nene Valley Railway
See and experience the large collection of British and continental locomotives and carriages. These include `Thomas´ and the restored Southern Railway Travelling Post Office carriage, the only surviving coach from the Great Train Robbery of 1963. Travel between Wansford and Peterborough, on the seven and a half mile of track passing through the heart of the picturesque 500 acre Ferry Meadows Country Park.

Shepreth Wildlife Park
Wander the grounds of the animal reserve where monkeys and lemus play in the trees, wolves relax in their den and tigers come out to play when feeding time calls. Watch birds of prey in flight, see unusual insects and other creepy crawlies as well as cuddly and cute mammals, donkeys, pigs and sheep. Children can ride the fun train, expend energy in the play park and toddler den or gaze in amzement as bats fly above them in the nocturnal house.
