The “world’s favourite sea-dwelling invertebrate” SpongeBob (his words, not ours) is going ashore!
Along with Patrick , Mr Krabs and Squidward, he’s leaving the oceans behind in his new film The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie: Sponge Out of Water!

It’s the sequel to The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie which came out way back in 2004 but we think it’s worth the wait!
The new movie is in 3D and so SpongeBob looks a little bit different to normal – we almost didn’t recognise him!
