Longleat Safari Park is a renowned wildlife destination situated in Wiltshire.

The heart of Longleat is the historic Longleat House, an impressive stately home. The house is surrounded by gardens and visitors can explore Longleat Hous which is filled with priceless art and historical artefacts.

What sets Longleat apart is its Safari Park, which was the first drive-through safari park outside of Africa.

You’ll encounter a wide array of exotic animals, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and even cheeky monkeys!

Longleat offers lots of different ticket options and experiences including VIP experiences where you can meet-and-greet the animals. Its most basic prices are below.

Longleat is open most of the year but has on-peak, off-peak and seasonal attractions too that might affect opening hours.

How can I get to Longleat Safari Park?

🚝 By mainline train

Frome Station is the closest station to Longleat and has a good service from Bath and London.

Warminster station, is about 5 miles from Longleat and is on the Cardiff to Portsmouth line.

Westbury station is about 12 miles from Longleat and is on the London Paddington to Penzance line.

The safari drive-thru is only accessible via vehicle. Longleat’s Safari Bus is a great option for those arriving by public transport.
