Getting your five a day!

And why is it so important?

You’ve probably heard lots of people saying you’ve got to get your 5 a day, buy why do you?

What does ‘your 5 a day’ mean?

It means that you need to eat a mix of 5 different fruits and vegetables a day.

You can’t just eat 5 oranges or 5 carrots, they have to all be different!

Why is it so important?

It’s important because it makes sure that you get plenty of nutrients that your heart needs to stay fit an healthy!
