Oily fish and Omega 3!

What's so good about it?

Oily fish like Salmon and Mackerel have have fat in them called Omega 3.

Omega 3 is a good type of fat that is really good for you heart.

It’s a good idea to eat some of these types of fish in your diet to help keep your heart nice and healthy.

What fish have a lot of Omega 3?

  • Sardine
  • Mackerel
  • Cod
  • Herring
  • Lake trout
  • Tuna
