It’s true that some fats are good and some are bad.

What do you mean by good fat and bad fat?

When someone talks about ‘bad’ fats they are usually talking about saturated fats. It’s bad to eat too much of these fats as it can cause your heart to get unhealthy which can lead to it not working properly later in life.

Good fats are usually unsaturated fats, these can help improve the health of your heart and keep you fit and healthy. If enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.

This doesn’t mean you should only eat good fats and never eat bad fats though. You just need to eat everything as part of a healthy and balanced diet and try to swap foods with bad fats for ones with good fats if you can.
