What is your five a day?

And why is it so important?

Your 5 a day is talking about your diet.

You should be eating a mix of 5 portions of different fruits and vegetables everyday.

Fruits and vegetables are great because they have lots of healthy stuff in them, like vitamins and nutrients, that our bodies need to be fit and healthy.

These nutrients and vitamins also keep your heart nice and healthy!
