Do you LOVE getting stuck into a book? Well, it’s time for a challenge!
The Reading Agency’s Summer Reading Challenge is back and will definitely keep you busy over the summer holidays.
There are two ways you can take part…
Library
You can join the challenge at your local library and take part in person! The library will give you a special collector folder, stickers, and other special incentives, and help you find books to read for your challenge.
Online
Take part in the challenge online by signing up here. Set a reading goal and log your books on your profile. When you reach your goal you will unlock a virtual badge and certificate!
Don’t forget, the in-person and online challenges are separate. Physical incentives like medals and certificates are only available via the library, for those taking part in the in-person challenge.

There are lots of books to choose from and this year they are focused on games, sport and play.
It’s jam-packed with fun imaginative books to keep you active.
The collection includes books from Julia Donaldson, Joe Wicks and Viv French, Oti Mabuse, Bear Grylls, Phil Earle, Clare Balding and Joseph Coelho.
