And check out our list of cool school gadgets below!
Crayola Handwriting Pens
There are loads of pens out there to choose from, but we reckon these are about the best.
Perfect for early writers as these pens put down the ink smoothly even if held at an odd angle and it also dries quickly so you can avoid unsightly smudges.
Anti smell sports bag
Forgotten for just a few hours, stuck inside an ordinary P.E. carry case and the contents could become quite pongy.
Put your kit inside one of these bags with its ingenious “pong patch” that dries and deodorises whiffy sportswear.
Funky piano calculators
Say sayonara to run-of-the-mill calculators, whip one of these from your case and watch your mates wait for you to play.
These won’t offer any musical distraction but they definitely grab attention and you can speed through sums really quickly.
Pack away lunch box
Anyone who has ever “pack lunched” will have had squashed sarnies and crushed crisps, not very nice.
These lunch boxes expand so you can fill them with just about anything, they also have two compartments (sweet and savoury) and a built-in spoon/fork.
When you’re done it squashes to half size leaving plenty of room for homework – Yipee.
Kids under 12 (or those below 135cm height) have to sit on a booster seat, but carrying them around can be a pain.
This brilliant two-in-one booster seat/rucksack is perfect for the school run.
Stick all your stuff inside, fold out and be seated for the ride, when you arrive just buckle it up and place it over the shoulders – brilliant.
This is a dead ringer for the more expensive touchscreen gadget, and this one isn’t all that clever, but it is good fun – 60 pages of writing paper to scribble and scrawl on.
Next Tuesday tune in to The Club with Luke to hear about more exciting toys!
