Join the Free Summer of Art at the National Gallery

Get creative in the school holidays with the Free Summer of Art – a programme of hands-on art activities for families.

Build a castle, paint a masterpiece, explore children’s artworks in the ‘Take One Picture’ exhibition, or embark on an adventure with ‘The Keeper of Paintings’.

And, for two weeks in August join the NG Creative Community for immersive, hands-on art workshops – made by kids, for kids.

All activities are free with no booking needed. Bring family, friends and a packed lunch to enjoy a summer full of creativity.
