Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington popped in to see Sean on the Breakfast show.
She won the nation’s heart in 2012 when she won two bronze medals for Team GB.
Sean and Rebecca talked about the Swimming team who are heading off to Rio for the 2016 Olympic games and the new Just Keep Moving campaign.
